Argentinian Barbecue

This barbecue is based on a traditional Argentinian design and has proved hugely popular. The deep firebox holds a grill for the coals, and the cooking surface is raised and lowered by turning the wheel at the top of the frame. The grilling platform is positioned at a slant to allow fat and juices to run down the ‘v’ shaped stainless steel channels into a removable trough. This prevents excess smoking as no liquids come into contact with the charcoal.
